A focused session tailored to you. After an initial session to get to know you and your needs I will put together a training plan to suit your needs and fit with your goals. Each session will be challenging yet achievable to make sure you make the most of each session. Whether you are wanting to kick start a healthier lifestyle or find new ways to exercise, I can support you along your fitness journey.
PARTNER TRAINING SESSION
Prefer to workout with a partner or friend? I can create sessions to challenge both of you and allow you to work towards your individual goals. By using a circuit training format I can incorporate exercises enjoyable to both, and guide you through new ways to exercise.
HOLIDAY SESSIONS
Want to make the most of your time away? Enjoy personal training sessions while on holiday with tailored sessions to fit around your holiday plans, or make fitness at the centre of your plans. I can create plans that include sessions in the studio, and also in and around the local area, such as walking routes.
SUPERVISED USE OF THE STUDIO
Come and use the range of equipment at The Studio at your own pace. I will always be around to provide help and tips about equipment and how best to perform exercises, while allowing you to use the studio independently.
